Headquarter Building Renovation
Renovation of the facades and surrounding area of a major oil company’s headquarters
The Soviet-era building is fully reclad with contemporary faсade systems, including aluminum panels, vertical louvers, and tinted glass
The dominant color, taken from the corporate brandbook, shapes the entire architectural expression
Bus Station and Entrance Pavilion
The project also includes new bus waiting pavilions and an entrance pavilion providing controlled access to the industrial site
Their design language follows and extends the architectural identity of the main headquarters building
Masterplan Design Code
A new masterplan was developed for the entire site. Vehicle and pedestrian flows are separated for maximum clarity and comfort of movement
Vertical façade stripes are echoed in the longitudinal patterns of the landscape design, transforming into benches or decorative linear elements across the territory
Outdoor Furniture
Custom outdoor furniture—benches and waste bins—was designed specifically for the project. They incorporate the recognizable corporate accent color and act as linear extensions of the faсade, seamlessly linking the building’s architecture with the landscape
Media Facade Night View
The vertical faсade louvers are equipped with programmable LED lighting. Located outside the residential areas, the building does not disturb nearby neighborhoods, yet creates a striking visual landmark for visitors arriving from the airport and acts as a nighttime beacon for the city
