A business center designed for a major development company. Positioned on the outskirts of Moscow, the building acts as a bold urban landmark, introducing a vivid accent into the city’s landscape
The facade is articulated through a rhythm of vertical convex aluminum piers, finished with a shimmering surface that subtly transforms with changing light and weather conditions
The building mass is intentionally split into two volumes, reducing the visual scale of the structure and giving the silhouette a more refined and balanced presence in the urban context
The site masterplan is conceived with a strong emphasis on pedestrian use and everyday comfort, serving both employees of the business center and residents passing through the area. Public spaces are designed to encourage movement, pause, and informal interaction
The majority of parking is relocated underground, freeing the ground level for people and landscape. The entrance to the parking facility is designed as a large, accessible amphitheater, becoming an active public element rather than a purely technical feature
The natural topography of the site is carefully integrated into the design, shaping a series of stepped recreational areas and informal places for rest and social activity
