The contemporary city sets a new rhythm of life—one that traditional cultural and recreational institutions must be reintegrated into. Due to their specificity and intimate scale, Houses of Culture have gradually become isolated from the urban environment. A new impulse can rebalance their role within the city and, moreover, define a new direction for their development.
Creating a “dialogue” between Houses of Culture and the city through a system of urban tourist and navigation routes will allow them to re-enter contemporary life, reveal themselves from unexpected perspectives, and offer citizens a new form of interaction
